The school is a Community Co-educational First School. The building has a large hall and adjoining dining area. We have six classrooms for Key stages 1 & 2. The Foundation Stage Unit for Nursery and Reception age children consists of three classrooms and an outside play area / outdoor classroom.

Grange First School is a community school catering for a maximum of 352 boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 9 years.

Our principle aim is to encourage high expectations and high standards of achievement, both academic and personal.

We provide on-site wraparound care during term time for children at St Charles’ Catholic Primary School. We also offer a holiday club.

Lemington Riverside is a 3-11 year old primary school. We also have a Community Hub on site offering various additional services and activities to our community outside of school hours. Little Acorns Out of School Club Ltd provides an outstanding, inclusive, wraparound service for the children of West Jesmond Primary School in a safe and happy environment.
