There’s no pressure to complete particular activities and you don’t need to stay for the whole session.

Come along, have a play, meet other families and enjoy some time together.

Sessions take place in our cosy yurt in the gardens of The Lighthouse Project in Byker.

Families can book directly, and professionals working with a child or family can also refer into the sessions. If you’re a professional and would like to discuss a family who may benefit, please get in touch with Family Mental Fitness North East.

Dads & Men Connected Families is completely free, thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund.
