We give free, confidential walk-in support. 

Telephone and online appointments are available if you prefer. 

We’re here to:

• help you understand yourself, including ways to manage your thoughts, feelings, and friendships.
• help you to grow in confidence.
• help you feel safe, steady, and in control.
• make a simple safety plan with you, to give you ways to cope right now, find things that help you feel better, and choose trusted people you can turn to for help in the future.
