Our neuro-affirming psychoeducation course is available both online and in person and explores what ADHD means for you as an individual. Together, we’ll look at topics such as:

  • understanding the ADHD brain
  • practical strategies for daily life
  • self-advocacy
  • emotional wellbeing
  • relationships
  • recognising your strengths.

Sessions are delivered in small, supportive groups, giving you the opportunity to connect with others who have similar experiences. As well as learning practical tools and strategies, you’ll benefit from peer support, shared experiences, and a welcoming space where you can feel understood.

Whether you’re just beginning your ADHD journey or looking to make sense of your diagnosis, we’re here to support you.

Sign up now to be contacted in September to book your place. Visit our Newcastle ADHD Psychoeducation page for a link to our self-referral form.
