Women's Zone

Women’s group for people with learning disabilities and/or autism (ages 18+)

This free group is for anyone in the North East who identifies as a woman and has a learning disability or autism.

It’s a safe and friendly space to:

• make new friends
• try new activities
• enjoy trips out, coffee mornings, pamper sessions and more

There’s no cost to attend. On days where there are entry fees, tickets, or food and drink costs, group members will need to pay for themselves.
