Young Parents - Prepare 4 baby @ Nunsmoor

We will have different sessions each week:

• responsive feeding
• safe sleeping advice
• bathing baby
• skin to skin
• early brain development and how you can support baby
• home safety advice
• healthy relationships. 

We will have freebies and you will be able to access further support around housing, finances, health services. There is also a baby box session as part of the programme where you can be signed up to receive a FREE baby box full of fun and practical items for your baby. 

You can ring the centre or speak to your midwife or health visitor to be booked on.
