Antenatal classes

Join us to prepare for your baby's arrival. Our classes are free and run by midwives, Healthworks and Action For Children. You will talk about preparing for labour and birth, how to care for your baby and feeding your baby. Call 0191 282 3319 to book or find details of antenatal classes here.

Midwifery

Health visitors

Your health visitor can give you advice about safe sleeping, feeding your baby, adjusting to being a new parent and much more. Find out about when your health visitor will visit you and why.
