About us
5-year track record in providing positive outcomes for CYP including those with complex needs through Alternative Provision Education. We offer 1:1 or 2:1 outreach tuition (max 15 hours p/week) in the community, in the family home or online. 2 hours min charge per session.
We provide:
- Individual tailored tuition for all student types; including those with/at risk of exclusion, in care, young offenders, SEND, SEMH, school refusers and those awaiting a school placement.
- Core subjects or differentiated curriculum tailored to each CYP needs including pastoral, therapeutic and mentoring support.
- High calibre, experienced tutors from reception to KS5.
- Dedicated compliance team - fully safeguarded tutors and risk assessed education settings.
- Collaborative working with local authorities, schools, and parents with weekly catch ups.
We promote holistic learning - focusing on the whole child, aiming to improve a pupil’s motivation, self-confidence, attendance and engagement through teaching methods that create and promote curiosity.
Impact, Outcomes and Key Performance Indicators
- We provide daily attendance, weekly progress reports, end of term reports and individual learner plans for each young person we support.
- Prior to provision we put in place planning meeting with all key parties including parents and careers to align on intended outcomes.
- We hold regular review meetings to track progress to ensure we are working in line with intended positive outcomes.
We provide a bespoke package tailored to each young persons needs offering short, medium or long term intervention whilst awaiting a more permanent educations setting. We work in collaboration with all parties to put the needs of the child at the forefront and achieve agreed positive outcomes.
How to access?
Please complete referral form and send young persons EHCP if relevant. We offer 1:1 or 2:1 outreach tuition in the community, in the family home or online.
How we deliver
We provide a maximum of 15 hours p/week, 2 hours minimum charge per session.
How we report attendance
Attendance is reported real time via our attendance software different class (DCPro).
