About us
Blended Studios is for young people aged 11-16. We also offer post 16 sessions.
Our aim is to provide a creative, enjoyable, safe and caring place for young people to learn. To re-engage young people, encouraging a positive attitude towards education. Raising confidence, self-esteem and pride in themselves and their achievements. We want our young people to embrace equality and diversity. Recognising that everybody is an individual and unique.
We offer an array of ASDAN courses (Short Courses/COPE), Arts award (Bronze, Silver and Gold) which run alongside various creative skills options such as – Music production/performance, videography, podcasting, DJing, photography, clothing/product design, virtual reality learning etc.
Impact, Outcomes and Key Performance Indicators
We keep fellow professionals, parents/carers updated regularly. We do this through emails, telephone calls, termly reports and attending meetings (PEP, CTM’s) etc. Regular keywork sessions help us keep the young people motivated and clearly updated on where they are on the road to completing their objectives. This also helps us quickly identify areas the young person may be struggling or not on track to complete to original timescales.
