How we deliver

At NeuroInclusive Education Ltd., we put relationships, trust, and clear communication at the centre of everything we do. Every young person we support receives a fully personalised approach, starting with an Individual Learner Plan that reflects their needs, strengths, and goals. We provide daily attendance tracking, weekly progress summaries, and detailed end-of-term reports so families and professionals are kept fully informed.

Before any provision begins, we hold a planning meeting with parents, carers, and key professionals. These conversations are important because they give us the chance to listen, understand the child’s journey, and agree together on what success should look like. From there, we hold regular review meetings so we can reflect, adapt support when needed, and stay focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.

Our support is flexible. We offer short, medium, or long-term packages depending on what each young person needs. In many cases, we provide continuity while a child is waiting for a permanent school or college placement. Whatever the context, we build support around the learner and work closely with families and professionals to make sure their wellbeing and progress remain the priority.
