About us
Our experienced and empathetic tutors create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment where students feel seen, understood, and valued. We focus on building confidence and resilience, providing young people with a positive educational experience that prepares them for their next steps in education, employment, or training.
How to access
Placements are accessed directly via a referral from Newcastle City Council or a child's school/academy. We work in close partnership with referrers to ensure a smooth and supportive transition for every young person.
How we deliver
We offer bespoke tuition programmes tailored to each student's EHC Plan and personal goals:
- Lot 3 (Face-to-Face): Specialist 1:1 tuition delivered in a suitable setting, such as the student's home.
- Lot 4 (Virtual): Specialist 1:1 or small group tuition delivered via a secure, interactive online platform.
Our delivery focuses on core subjects like English and maths alongside developing wider life skills.
How we report attendance
We operate a robust attendance monitoring system. In line with council requirements, we report all first-day absences and any lateness directly to the referring school and parents/carers by 10:00 am.
