Welcome to the Baby Box.
The Baby Box is full of goodies for families and their new babies. It has toys and books to help with playing, laughing, reading, singing and counting.
Families who get a baby box will be invited to a hub near them. When they visit, they will meet their midwife, health visitor and family practitioner for a chat about the Baby Box. They will find out about the support available during pregnancy and when baby arrives. There will be drinks and snacks too.
Who can get a Baby Box?
The Baby Box is being trialled for some first-time parents in Newcastle. If you think you would benefit from some extra support, talk to your health visitor or midwife.
