Bridgewater is a growing, vibrant 0-11 school in the heart of Scotswood, with panoramic views across the Tyne Valley.

We provide a wide range of activities, giving children opportunities to explore and develop skills using both indoor and outdoor environments.  We are a well equipped nursery that offers children scope and space to become independent while enjoying the knowledge that they are safe, valued and listened to.

We offer a child led based curriculum including music and movement, arts and crafts and have a holistic approach to learning. We offer outdoor activities at all times of the day in our large safely enclosed outdoor areas. Although we are close to the city centre we are located on the edge of the town moor where the children can see cows and horses daily.

Our aim at Dinnington First School is to provide a happy, stimulating environment where children will be encouraged to co-operate wholeheartedly with other children and staff who will help them to develop fully their individual, intellectual, physical, emotional and spiritual potential.

The school is a Community Co-educational First School. The building has a large hall and adjoining dining area. We have six classrooms for Key stages 1 & 2. The Foundation Stage Unit for Nursery and Reception age children consists of three classrooms and an outside play area / outdoor classroom.

Hotspur is a primary school for children aged 3 - 11 years old.

Ladybird Children's Nursery- Archibald is located in a separate building in Archibald First School.

Newcastle School for Boys is a school that caters for boys from 3-18. All of the boys who enter Early Years are part of our School community.

The Little Lotus Nursery is a not-for-profit nursery located in the heart of Newcastle’s West End. Since opening in February 2018, we have been providing high-quality childcare and early years education for children from birth to 5 years old.

Early Years at Westfield has a welcoming and creative atmosphere and there is a constant buzz of purposeful activity. We aim to broaden the children's experience, excite their curiosity, encourage their individuality and provide opportunities for them to develop happily in all areas.
