The capacity of these sessions will be limited to ensure that the event remains less crowded and more relaxed. 

Audiences booked onto this slot will be the first to enter and therefore all areas will be relatively clear for the first 30 minutes, until the 4.30pm slot starts.

Tickets

  • £12.50 for adults
  • £7.50 for children aged 3 and over
  • Under-3s are free but still require a ticket.

Access

  • Relaxed slot: We have a special relaxed session from 4:00pm–4:30pm on Friday and Saturday nights for those who would benefit from a quieter experience.
  • BSL: Performance elements will be BSL interpreted.
  • Enchanted City Programme: A programme will be available to download and read in advance, to help visitors prepare for their visit.
  • Toilets: Accessible toilets are available on site.
  • People who require an essential companion (aged 16 and over) to accompany them to the event due to a disability, illness or other condition can book a FREE essential companion ticket. To request a carer’s ticket, email: enchantedcity@newcastle.gov.uk
