Henry workshop (health and nutrition for the young)

We are going to be running two 90 minute workshops in September for parents / carers of 0-5 year olds.

Monday 22nd September 1:00 - 2:30pm at Byker Sands Family Centre 

Creche available if booked in advance

Friday 26th September 10:00- 11:30am Virtual Session (access from your own home)

Sessions will cover:

How to encourage your child to try new foods and begin to enjoy them.

Child-friendly goods that provide what they need to grow and be healthy, and how to have happier families.
