Make Music Together

Are you an unpaid carer living in Newcastle? Join our new music group just for carers – no experience needed!

If you are looking for a creative outlet and a chance to have some fun with other carers, this group is for you! Led by Lindsay, an experienced local musician, this relaxed and supportive group is all about creativity, connection, and having fun with music.

I strongly feel that everyone is fundamentally creative and has a sense of their own preferences and musical voice -not necessarily singing – as nearly everyone already has their own relationship to music. Songwriting can be a really enjoyable process, and making up or writing music can be a very engaging activity. – Lindsay, Musician and Group Facilitator

You don’t need any musical experience, just bring yourself — and an open mind! This is your chance to express your creativity in a fun, low-pressure environment. You can take part in whatever way feels right for you.
