Open Access Session at Patchy2 (8-11 years)

Sessions cost 20p.

This can be a noisy busy session - many parents drop off/pick up children

There is a large hall, some outside space including swings and a nearby grass 5-Aside pitch.

Each week there is a variety of planned activities including; 

• cooking, 
• craft and games.
• stand alone play equipment (connect 4, jenga, air-hockey.)
• play equipment that can be requested to be used by children on the night. This includes; skipping ropes and hoops, bats and balls, games, stilts, pogo sticks, etc

Aims: 

• creating a safe space for play, fun and friendship.

Focus: 

• learning about sharing space, 
• getting along with different people, 
• trying new things, 
• fairness and friendship.

Providing support for children leaving year 6 and going into year 7.

Note we do try to have a quiet space in a separate adjoining room, but this is not always possible.
