Tuesday Inclusive Boccia - Morning Session

Boccia is the fastest growing paralympic sport as it is fully inclusive for individuals of all ages and abilities, including those with physical disabilities.

It is a precision ball sport, similar to bowls in which two teams complete to get red and blue boccia balls closest to the white jack ball, by throwing, kicking or rolling the ball. However in Boccia, everyone stays seated so it means everyone can participate!

Not only are our Boccia sessions are lots of fun and competitive, but they also improves physical health by strengthening fine motor skills and dexterity whilst also enhancing cognitive function and strategic thinking!
