Come along and try a range of adapted bikes. Learn to cycle and ride in a safe environment both indoor and outdoor. For adults with disabilities.

Children under 7 years old can enjoy a range of fun activities. Children can make friends whilst parents can meet like minded parents and carers.
Come along and get moving in a fun supportive environment. Enjoy this inclusive seated dance class for all abilities. Everyone is welcome including those with multiple sclerosis.

They take place in the Tesco Community Room at Tesco Extra in Kingston Park. There are accessible toilets, parking facilities, and ramped access.
