About us
Examples of tutoring provided are improving GCSE grades by providing intervention or booster work, GCSE resits or working on literacy and numeracy. Tutors have will as a minimum be degree qualified and have experience delivering to the age groups they work with and most will be qualified Teachers with a PGCE/QTS.
How to access
All of our delivery is face to face, our Tutors will travel to the required place of work
How we deliver
- One to one in person Tutoring lessons only.
- Bookings are between 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
- Delivery is aimed at a holistic approach as well as meeting specific targets.
- A holistic approach involves really honing in on what the learner needs to be happy and feel listened to and liaising with key stake holders when needed and adjusting the approach to learning from learner feedback.
- Targets are agreed and regularly reviewed to see what progress is made and any concerns are addressed early and solutions are provided and agreed.
How we report attendance
Tutors report weekly on a child or adults attendance by the Tutor emailing the Tutor Manager after each session and this is recoded. These reports are sent to the child’s or adult’s key worker at the Purchaser and also reviewed by the Tutor Manager.
