Come along to our relaxing aromatherapy session!

Spend time with other carers, focusing on elements of self-care and wellbeing, and developing confidence in a non-judgemental environment.

This session combines relaxation, creativity, and calming scents, as well as the opportunity to take time away from your caring role to learn a new skill.

This aromatherapy session will take place on Tuesday, 27 January, from 1.30pm until 3.30pm at Newcastle Carers Centre, Byker.
