Our Course is crafted to give you a wide range of experiences and knowledge of different roles within the customer service and business administration sector by working in Homegroup in Newcastle.

Through our course you will learn new skills and develop your CV to start your career in hospitality and leisure.

This course is for those who:

  • Have an interest in working in customer service and business administration
  • Have a current Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
  • Are aged between 18-24 years old, ready to leave education
  • Want to pursue and achieve paid employment
  • Are able to travel independently or are open to learning independent travel skills
