More Information -

A sound bath isn’t a performance or a class; it is rest. You close your eyes and let the sound do the work. No water involved, just the sound from Himalayan and crystal bowls, gong, drum and chimes, washing over and through you.

We will begin with some gentle guiding words to help you arrive and drop into the now, to ground and centre, before drifting into an immersive sound bath of soothing vibrations to support deep rest.

You are welcome to bring anything you feel will help you be more comfortable. (this could be an eye mask or scarf, blanket, pillow, yoga mat, etc.)

Before booking, please note that a sound bath may not be advised if any of the following apply:

  • You are in the first three months of pregnancy.
  • You have been diagnosed with frequency-induced epilepsy, schizophrenia or psychosis.
  • You are in an altered state due to alcohol or drugs.

If any of the above statements apply to you, please let us know when booking your space.

Spaces are limited for this session, and booking is essential. To book your place, please get in touch with us by Monday 10 August. You can call our Carers Information Line on 0191 275 5060 or email info@newcastlecarers.org.uk.
