We're back this Summer with our Holiday Club. Sessions are for children aged 5–12. Children attend without their grown-ups (sorry adults!). We run sessions at Benwell Nature Reserve. Sessions run from 10am to 2pm. You can book single days or multiple days. Your child can take part in: fire lighting whittling and tool use den building woodland crafts nature walks and exploring games and team activities Each day, children help prepare and cook food on the fire. This builds confidence and independence.
We support children to: explore the outdoors, take safe risks, lead their own play and build friendships. We have experienced staff and high staff ratios. We create a calm, flexible, and supportive space. We welcome all children. We support children with additional needs. Time in nature can support wellbeing. It can help children feel calm and happy.
