We might all feel anxious at times, but it can be difficult to understand and manage anxiety in children.

This online workshop will cover:

  • What anxiety is and how it makes your child feel
  • The causes, signs, and different types of anxiety
  • Strategies to help your child recognise and manage their anxiety

There will also be time for questions, discussion, and signposting to further sources of advice and support.

This workshop will be held on Zoom, it will not be recorded. You are welcome to keep your camera/audio off during the workshop if you would feel more comfortable to do so.

A PDF copy of the workshop slides and useful resources will be emailed to all attendees after the workshop.

This workshop is for parent carers of children (aged 0-5) with additional needs or disabilities (with or without a diagnosis), in England. If your child is aged 6+ and/or you do not live in England, please visit our website or call our helpline for information and support.
