Come along and get moving in a fun supportive environment. Enjoy this inclusive seated dance class for all abilities. Everyone is welcome including those with multiple sclerosis. These sessions are led and taught by Hildy Harland every Monday at 12:30.   They take place in the Tesco Community Room at Tesco Extra in Kingston Park. A friendly group for carers of young children. There is music, things to get young ones moving and often a healthy snack.

Children under 7 years old can enjoy a range of fun activities. Children can make friends whilst parents can meet like minded parents and carers.

The djembe, a wooden hand drum, is one of West Africa’s best known instruments. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have tried some djembe drumming workshops in school, our djembe drumming group will develop valuable musicianship through listening, learning and playing together as part of a group. 

It’s a fantastic opportunity to make music together and meet new friends from other schools.
