Vision for Education

Vision for Education work with local authority teams including virtual schools, mainstream schools and alternative provisions across the country, providing specialist staff to assist young people who are not in school, require additional help with learning, or need extra support in a curriculum area.

How to access

If you would like to discuss how our service could help your students, please contact your local Vision for Education branch. Once we understand the support required, we can source suitable Tutors and make the necessary arrangements.

How we deliver

Tuition arrangements are organised to meet students’ individual needs. Tutors can work with students towards both academic and pastoral outcomes

Tutors can work with students throughout the day, and additional learning support can be provided in the evenings and weekends. Sessions can be delivered in a student’s home, a community venue (e.g. libraries), school or online using our online tutoring platform.

As we are national company and part of the wider Edwin Group, we have branches across the country enabling us to provide a national service for students who have moved out of the area. We can ensure the same standard of service is provided, and expectations are followed.

How we report attendance

Vision for Education can work in line with the local authority and on-roll school’s expectations for attendance reporting. Weekly reports sent reporting attendance, engagement and progress. Tutors can provide daily attendance confirmation, notifying the commissioner/attendance officers immediately of attendance.  Where students have missed two sessions due to absence, this would be raised with professionals involved
