Our SEND Local Offer website has been developed with the help of Newcastle families and professionals. We have developed sections in small chunks and gathered feedback through:
- our digital consultation group (128 members including parents, carers, and professionals)
- the SEND Parent Carer Forum, and
- the Children and Families Parent Carer Panel.
At each stage, feedback has been carefully considered and changes made where possible.
We know our work is never finished. There will always be improvements, corrections, and helpful additions we can make.
