School Effectiveness SEND

The School Effectiveness SEND team helps schools to get it right for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The ways we do this include:

  • giving advice to Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCO)
  • sharing good inclusive practice
  • keeping SENCOs and schools up to date with what is happening in SEND in the local authority, the region and across the country.
  • delivering SENCO network meetings every half term.

We offer three packages of support to schools, as well as a bespoke trust package and a pay as you go option. Full details can be found School Effectiveness SEND - Services to Schools page.

A pop up library in a large room. There are short colourful shelves filled with books, table and chairs, and a simple play area for children

For schools interested in using this service, you can choose and purchase a package from our store on School Effectiveness SEND - Services to Schools page
