The SEND Support, Assessment and Review (SAR) Team is made up of caseworkers. We help manage Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) including assessments and reviews. We do this by:
- communicating with and updating parents and carers
- managing EHC assessments and reviews
- collecting and sharing advice and reports from professionals during an EHC assessment
- updating information about a child or young person on our system
- writing and updating a child or young person's EHCP
- and more
You will be supported by caseworkers in the SEND SAR team during the process of an EHCP, assessment and review.
