Support Services 

Our services run differently over the festive period but there is always support available to you and your family. Click here to find out about Christmas opening times for support services. 

Family Hub Opening Hours:

One hub in each area will be open throughout the festive period, other than on the bank holidays. Opening times will be slightly different, please check your local hubs Facebook page for further information.

If you are trying to get hold of your school nurse or health visitor over the Christmas period there is a slight change to the Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4pm. The helpline will close early at 12noon for Christmas on Wednesday 24th December and the same for New Years Eve, 31st December. They will be closed on the bank holidays too. If your child is unwell during this time please call 111 or 999 in an emergency. For more information, click here 

The drop in clinics held at the hubs, Well baby and Infant feeding will run as usual but will be closed for the festive bank holidays.

Education including SEND

Most of our Education team will be on holiday during the school break. Replies may take a little longer – thank you for your patience!
