Mental and emotional health, physical health and a healthy lifestyle all contribute to our health and wellbeing.  Not all diseases are avoidable. There are a large number such as heart disease and lung cancer that you can take steps to prevent. 

Maintaining good health and wellbeing depends on:

  • exercise
  • how much water we drink 
  • getting enough sleep.
