SEND Outreach Service

As a service, we:

  • support children to take part in learning and make progress in their school or setting
  • work with schools and settings to understand a child’s needs
  • give advice and training to staff so they can put the right support in place for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

Sometimes a school or early years setting might need more help supporting a student. The services below can give this advice and support. Schools and settings can request their support by completing this online form which will be considered by our expert panel.
