• Accuracy and quality assurance
  AI generated text is always treated as a starting point, not a final product. Content is checked for accuracy, clarity, relevance, and alignment with statutory guidance before use.
• Equity and inclusion
  We recognise that AI systems can reflect bias. We remain alert to this risk and ensure that professional oversight safeguards fairness, inclusion, and compliance with the Equality Act 2010.
• Transparency
  We are open about where AI is used to support processes. Transparency is a key principle as we explore new digital approaches, in line with the Council’s wider commitment to openness and trust.
