EMTEP's HYPE (Helping Young People Evolve) HAF Summer 2026 programme for ages 8-16yrs provides enrichment, physical activity, alongside informal learning of healthy eating and balanced lifestyles. Hype provides both centre-based and outdoor activities. These include educational support, self-development workshops, group activities sports, team games, excursions, and trips. All is underpinned by EMTEP’s mentoring and befriending engagement with positive BAME role models.

Newcastle Booster Club Summer HAF is fun and engaging. We offer exciting and engaging activities.  

Some of the activities are

  • Badminton
  • Basketball
  • Air-hockey
  • Arts and crafts
  • Organised trips to nearby parks, the aquarium, bowling, minigolf and Adventureland. 

We have a calming space for children to chillout.

We provide hot nutritious healthy meals.

We visit the parks and other interesting places.

Join us for our exciting summer holiday club designed especially for children on free school meals! Every Tuesday and Thursday from 12 to 3 PM, we’ll provide a delicious hot meal, along with fresh fruit and water to keep everyone energized. The afternoons will be packed with fun games, engaging activities, and the chance to learn boxing skills in a friendly environment. It's a fantastic opportunity for kids to make new friends, stay active, and enjoy a summer filled with laughter and learning. Don't miss out on the fun—come and join us!

A 5 week infant massage course to learn how to massage your baby. For babies 6 weeks to crawling

This course is suitable for the parents and carers of children aged 7 and over, who are experiencing low level emotional wellbeing difficulties. Get expert advice and evidence backed approaches to support your child.
