Area SEND inspection for Newcastle upon Tyne Local Area Partnership

Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) are carrying out an inspection of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) services in Newcastle. The inspection looks at how education, health and social care services work together to support children and young people with SEND.
 
The inspectors want to know about the help and support that children and young people with SEND get. You can tell them by filling in a survey below. What you tell them will be treated in confidence. 

Guidance documents are also available in EasyRead and BSL and provide information on what to expect during an area SEND inspection.

If you are a parent or carer of a child or young person with SEND please complete this survey. If you have more than one child with SEND you can use the same link to complete a separate survey for each child. There is also an easy read version of the survey that you can complete.
