Health: Routine checks by a General Practitioner (GP) and immunisations via school or community clinics.
Free School Meals: £15 a week term‑time vouchers if criteria met and meals not accessible through provider.
Transport: Eligibility assessed by SEND Transport Team which may include Personal Travel Budget (PTB)
