- Repeatedly disrupting others.

- Any category 1 behaviour that consistently continues or escalates. Use of offensive language. Hurting an adult or student on purpose physically.
- Intentionally causing damage to property on purpose e.g., ripping materials, scratching surfaces.
- Attempting to leave the vehicle

- Restorative conversation with teacher or parent/carer present.
- Follow-up conversation SEND Transport Team and appropriate stake holders.
- Ask for further support from school and home.

- Parents/carers informed (email/ phone call).
- If appropriate student moved position on transport.

- Any category 3 behaviour or continuing persistent unacceptable behaviour which has not successfully stopped.
- A one-off serious breach of Behaviour Policy.
- Threatening behaviour against a student or adult.
- Extreme reaction to a situation.
- Deliberately hurting someone.
- An immediate danger or significant damage to property.
- An immediate danger to self or others.
- Bullying
- Racism
- Repeated or serious verbal abuse
