Fancy a calm and quiet skate with no music, no lights and fewer visitors? Then join us on one of our relaxed skating sessions.

Our relaxed screenings are open to all, but is particularly mindful of neurodiverse audiences. Changes are done to create an inclusive, relaxed environment.

Children and young people with disabilities can enjoy the facilities at Tim Lamb Centre. This includes their soft play, sensory room, trampoline hall, and outdoor play garden.

An opportunity to learn new skills and play rugby themed games in an inclusive environment.

Enjoy playing in a band, work with professional gigging musicians and build valuable experience to get you and your band further in the music industry! Designed for young people aged 11 and upwards.

The group is the perfect place to meet new friends, try out new art forms with guest artists and take part in fun creative activities!

Welcoming young people aged 13-16 years old, these sessions are focused on the music that young people want to sing and play. Including a mixture of singing, musical games, songwriting and playing, we’ll do our best to make sure everyone has a great time playing and creating music! Participants might have never played music before, they might want to improve their musical skills or they might just want to try something a little different.
